Refund Policy

RSF Planner, we stand behind our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your RSF Planner, we offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within30 days of the delivery date.
  • The planner must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  2. Ship the Item Back – We will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
  3. Processing the Refund – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
