RSF Athlete was built to solve a simple but overlooked problem: Youth sports trains skill and conditioning. It rarely trains response under pressure.
Every season, the same patterns show up — confidence shifts after one mistake, momentum swings spiral, practice performance doesn’t translate to games, and “next play” becomes something we say instead of something we’ve trained. The gap isn’t effort. It’s structure.
RSF Athlete was founded by Jeremy Priar — a former military operator, entrepreneur, coach, and performance leader who has spent years working inside competitive environments in both sports and business. Throughout his career, Jeremy saw the same issue repeat itself: high performers were trained physically and technically, but response under pressure was left to personality.
Some athletes developed it.
Most were expected to “figure it out.”
At the same time, Jeremy had been coached and mentored by Dr. Jason Selk, one of the most respected performance psychologists in sport and business. Dr. Selk’s performance frameworks have supported Olympic athletes, Hall-of-Fame professionals, Division I programs, and executive leadership teams.
Over time, that relationship evolved — from being coached, to applying those principles inside teams and organizations, to coaching others using the same performance structure.
Developed in collaboration with Dr. Selk and grounded in validated performance psychology principles, RSF Athlete translates elite mental training into a structured, repeatable system youth organizations can deploy across teams, coaches, and seasons. This is not inspiration. It is infrastructure.
RSF Athlete is a structured mental performance system built on elite performance research.
